Publisher review:The Session Favorites Drupal module provides a "Favorites" system based soley on a browser cookie. This allows site visitors to participate/aggregate favorite content without becoming full-fledged users.
There is also now an included submodule, Session Favorites Email, that allows for visitors to email their lists to others.
The viewing of other visitors lists is a separate permission, which needs to be granted (to anonymous users for most installations) at admin/user/access before this feature will work.
Installation
- Copy the session_favorites folder into your Drupal modules directory
- Enable the module using Administer -> Modules (/admin/build/modules)
- Session Favorites can be configured at Administer -> Settings -> Session Favorites (admin/settings/session-favorites)
- Grant access to the various features at Administer -> Users -> Permissions (admin/user/permissions)
